Their View ("we", "our", or "the app") is an anonymous feedback app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number — used for account creation and authentication via Firebase.
• Contacts (read-only) — accessed only when you choose to invite someone to a circle. We do not store your contact list on our servers.
• Messages — feedback messages you send or receive, processed and anonymised by AI before delivery. Raw content is stored temporarily for moderation purposes only.
• Device token — Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core service: creating circles, sending and receiving anonymous feedback.
• To enforce community standards: AI screening removes profanity, personal identifiers, and harmful content before delivery.
• To send push notifications when you receive new feedback or replies.

3. Anonymity

The sender's identity is never revealed to the recipient. Sender information is stored internally for audit and moderation purposes only and is never included in any response returned to users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication and push notifications.
• Anthropic — message content is processed by Claude AI for anonymisation and moderation. Messages are not used to train AI models.

5. Data Retention

Messages are retained on our servers for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Their View is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
